Terms and Conditions

 By scheduling services with Mig-Star Services, the client agrees to the following terms:

1. Scope of Work
   Mig-Star Services will remove only the items agreed upon at the time of booking or estimate. Any additional items may result in additional charges.
2. Pricing & Payment
   Pricing is based on volume, weight, labor, and disposal fees. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Access & Safety
   The client is responsible for providing safe and clear access to the items being removed. Mig-Star Services is not responsible for damage caused by unsafe conditions or obstacles not disclosed in advance.
4. Prohibited Items
   We do not remove hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, or flammable substances, unless specifically agreed upon.
5. Damage Disclaimer
   While care is taken during removal, Mig-Star Services is not responsible for minor wear, scratches, or damage resulting from normal junk removal operations.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
   Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
7. Liability
   Client confirms they are the owner of the items being removed or have authority to dispose of them. Mig-Star Services is not liable for items removed with client approval.
